This is creepy! And the second part of the article is even more alarming.
It reminds me of a book I just read "The Cunning of History" by Richard Rubenstein.
What alarms me even more is how they have been treating the guy called José Padilla; he's even an American citizen. How they rationalized away his rights and how they are treating him.
