Either this picture was faked, or someone needed to change their underclothes shortly after it was taken.
Replies:
I was sure it had to be a hoax - but it it's still an arresting image.
I'm tempted to comment on hunting newts with bare hands, but perhaps not... :o)

Richard--As I understand it, this is a widely distributed (on the net) hoax. A clever blend of a photo of British troops conducting search and rescue drills and that of a movie 'replica' great white.Quite fabricated, tho' eyeing it does bring the imagination to the fore...And by the way, we hunted those newts and red efts with our bare hands back when we were kids!Regards, Rick
