Freedom? I don't want to write about that. This is my blog: why should I be constrained by what some aussie wants of me? It isn't as if we know one another or anything. I don't have any obligation to rack my tired brain trying to think of something to write on a subject over which I had no control. If something had sprung to mind, I might have put fingers to keyboard. As it is, my mind is a blank.

Nobody forced you to sign up, mate.
Well, exactly. This Blogger Idol malarkey is entirely voluntary. I can choose whether I enter or not. If the subject doesn't interest me, I don't have to do it. This one doesn't.

So you won't be entering this time then?
That's my freedom.
